Bought Elite Rank, No Effect?

So I recently just bought Elite, and when I went in, almost nothing worked. I don't have elite rank in chat, can't do kit and stuff like that.

My original ign was Jasongamer33, but I changed it to JingleAresko. Maybe it went under Jasongamer33, but not to JingleAresko?
