Why I think I am ready
At the time of writing, this, I am five and a half months into applying, and as I've gone through these past months, not only have I learned a whole lot, but I've done a whole lot for this server too. For starters, Michael has been the main person who has been helping me prepare myself to take on the responsibility of taking the role of helper. I understand the functionality and syntax of /lb (logblock), I've developed nearly the same sort of mediation techniques that Michael has taught me, and most importantly, I'm undoubtedly available and easy to get into contact with. I understand all the rules of the server, the get-arounds, what to look out for, etc. I think I have enough momentum in what I've been learning to carry it on to the respective staff position. Once again, thank you for reading my application.​

 

Neutral, just be a bit more envolved like I see you on classic but you don't seem to talk or interact with anyone. You're very nice and friendly but other than that good luck

 

I dont play classic all too much but youll find me often on the other servers ty for the feedback tho

But I don't really like how the first section of your application was formatted. The two lines that separated everything were not needed and you could of done a cleaner job without them.

Overall, your application is amazing! I would just suggest reformating, although I can tell that you've put so much effort into your app!

While I do believe that you could work on various skills, especially when handling heated situations, or issues involving players that you have a personal connection to, I have seen a tremendous amount of growth from you throughout your time on the server, and even since my last reply to this thread.

Both myself, as well as Cyk, have attempted to help guide you through multiple situations, explaining what will be required of you as a staff member, and how to handle various circumstances. Your eagerness to learn, as well as your willingness to ask questions is quite impressive, as it not only helps me understand that you are more than happy to ask for advice when you are not sure what to do, but also shows your dedication to the server. As stated previously, I do believe there is quite a bit of room for improvement, however, we have already talked extensively about this, and I do not feel the need to restate everything that we already discussed during our conversations. No one is expecting you to be perfect. One can always find room for improvement; effort is what counts.

With the right guidance, as well as a genuine desire to improve which I believe you already have, you have the potential to become an excellent staff member, if given the opportunity. I would consider myself to know you better than most other players, and have seen first hand what you are capable of. Your leadership abilities, especially within your StellarXplorers program, are quite impressive. If you are able to apply those same leadership skills to this server, with some adjustments due to the fact that it is a different type of community, I have no doubt that you would excel as a staff member.

Again, I still believe that you could improve in some areas, but there are not any issues that cannot be easily fixed with appropriate guidance as well as a genuine attempt to improve. I hope that we can continue to have our regular conversations, and that I will continue to see you improving. Good luck, Bard.

 

Honestly I've read the first 2-3 pages of your application replies, and I can see how much you've grown from your errors! Regardless on if you've got a ban history or not, everyone deserves the chance to redeem themselves from mistakes. Your island should apply for this position tbh, but since you're the owner of it, lol.
You're helpful and kind. You don't take anyone's s***, but you're also patient. Generosity isn't a needed trait, but what you try to dedicate to help others out is exactly that.
I'm going to support this application, simply because you are the type of person I want to see looking over everyone.
