Why do you think you should become a staff member? I think I could help out a little on the server. I have very good logic skills, and very good social skills.
How long can you be active on the server everyday? I may not be on the server every day, but when I am, (Saturdays, Sundays, Friday nights) I will probably play for more than 4 hours.
How long have you been playing Skyblock? I've used this server for the first time maybe 1 or 2 years ago or something.
Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) yes, but I won the trial and got unbanned. I was was wrongfully banned anyway.
Do you have any previous moderation experience? personally, I do not, but a quick lesson from someone would help me out a lot.
