Fran i've seen you mature over these few months. And i have to say you're one of the best members for staff. You're active with the community and i haven't met someone that has said i really hate fran unironically. You Gramer is gud to and the application is splended and i can tell that you worked really hard on it and in good health and good time you'll become one of the best staff members this server and maybe become a staff manager if you work hard enough on it. You can take a joke and have thick skin this is key for a staff member given that they get insults a lot Usually slurs, if staff dont have this quality they'll have an emotional breakdown, ive seen it before in a gmod server where a guy almost killed himself we talked him outta it thankfully but thats just one of the dangers of the internet and you can take a hit. Youre Funny too and thats probably one of reasons youre so popular among the community. Also you balance your activity in both servers just another reason youre a great applicant

Youre fit for the spot and you deserve it more than anyone and i suppose youre giving Mr_Gallifrey a run for his money!
