This was three months ago but I’m saying at no support for now, sorry, good luck!

 

Ill pull up a screenshot of why it even happened. There was no actual meaning to it and was clearly a joke. I realized all and any form of it clearly isn't allowed. Though regardless this was over a month before my application and nothing of the sort has happened since. I sent a modified version of this into the general chat. It was changed so there were no curse words. Though others have done the same thing and punishment, I probably got unlucky with a wrong-place-wrong-time situation. Though Im not sure how it affects me and my potential moderating abilities, thank you for your feedback

A b s o l u t e s u p p o r t . I know Bard personally irl and he's a very hard- working and dedicated person in game and out. He's almost always helping newer players and even made an area showing a basic shop and cobble gen tutorial. I think he'd be a great staff member

I am going to switch to support, but as I originally said, I would really love it if you could loosen up and take a joke!! You'd be a great addition to the team.

Neutral, your application is well put together and shows the skills needed for helper, the colours do slightly hurt my eyes and are not very aesthetically pleasing (to me) so I'd recommend changing that. As for in-game, I have seen you quite a bit and you seem very active, my support status may change depending on how I get to know you, be it positive or negative. At the moment it's neutral as I see all good things I just don't know you enough to make a fair judgement.

I see where you are coming from with that. Ill admit to certainly being salty about it, but im well over it, congratulated devan, and nothing is stopping me from being friendly with him as well as the rest of the staff.

definitely for sure. I have to work as a team with my aerospace deal at school. A huge part of it is a lot of disagreeing and coming to a conclusion in competitions so i believe im ready to step up to working as a unit when given the opportunity.

Regardless of however good of an applicant you may think I am, i genuinely appreciate this type of feedback. This gives me the opportunity to look at things i should improve on and strengthen more than other things rather than receiving constant praise. I'm not saying i dont dislike it, but I wish i saw comments like this more often. Thank you very much for your feedback once again krissy. This gives me a general idea on how to improve myself as a player

 

I agree. To be staff, you need a certain amount of patience and good reasoning. The video showed a lack of responsibility and lack of maturity. As the victim, I was also frustrated, but that does not give me the right to use express that anger by using profanity. As a member of the staff you need to learn how to deal with a certain situation properly, For example, calling another staff member to assess the situation. No Support
