The chat is pretty active, but if you look closely, 1/3 of chat is easily bots, lotto messages, vote messages, welcome messages, mob arena, occasional skyblock tips, etc. For people who have played the game for a while, it gets irritating. Important server messages may include lotto winners, clag, server restarts, broadcasts, etc. Since we can't actually mute bots with advertising, it'd still help by eliminating other spammy messages. This can also not affect players whatsoever by making it so they may freely enable and disable it.

Support. If chat is dead it could look very spammy and sometimes people just want to see other player's messages, and if this is just a toggle like you said I fully support
the plugin is called ez broadcast , they can adjust the posting time maybe it just needs a longer delay #facts so maybe ask for that rather than muting the info per player and its less dev work

I think once you are a veteran player or at the very least competent you don’t need those broadcasts. I know that the skyblock mod can block a lot of broadcasts out. It would be nice to toggle [skyblock] broadcasts. When the server is quiet the broadcasts start spamming chat so increasing the time between them might help. Most of the chat is just advertisements and broadcasts, especially during quiet hours. So I’d like to see a solution
well mosat of can do ignore on the popular shops that we know will always exist , its mainly them that are spammy , so start by doing /ignore maybe trhat will slow chat down some....easy fix on the spot and doesn't involve dev work
For some of the shops that spam the people dont use there alts *cough* towo *cough* so if we /ignore them then thats a problem for me atleast
I do like the idea about blocking the broadcasts though, since I believe this could be implemented. I would like to see your idea be further elaborated in the initial post, though.
Trau's Mod Have this option to ignore sktblock tips,mob arena and etc i think if it possible to get it to get would be nice Neutral
