This is another annoying thing I would like to be added. For example I want to link a player to a thread to help them out and whenever I paste the thread it would prevent me by saying its "advertising". I believe some threads can be copy pasted in chat but some others cant be copy pasted as it is "advertising". Plus I have to message the player in forums for the link or even in discord.
SUppORT can help out the community or mod when they wanna post a screenshot they posted on there profile ect
I believe mods can bypass the system, not so sure tho. But it would be helpful for players who are trying to help out or something
Support. It would be nice to have the filter ignore forum links, however you can always send a private message to the player, and the link will work. This could be used as a work around, until this issue is solved. I haven't ever had any issues with the filter, when private messaging players.
Nope it doesn't work. I tried to message the player, /mail him and try to send in public chat and it all said that im not allowed to advertise, at least for some threads.
That’s odd. I have never experienced any issues like that. If all of the other alternatives are being filtered, then I agree that this should definitely be fixed, if possible.
Support, I've had this problem in the past. For me in that instance /msg worked but if that it also being filtered then this should definitely be added
I said most of them work but some of them are blocked aka considered as someone trying to advertise some server IP or something
I Agree With Both, It Can Help Out A Lot Of New Players Or Players That Might Have No Experience Get Started In Skyblock.
This could be very helpful if player's want to post something in the chat about a giveway on forums or something, and it's annoying that the filter classifies it under the advertising category, should be an easy fix
Support, this isn't hard and you just got to tweak the plug in to allow skyblock threads to be allowed in chat
