/afk for all players

I would like it if you guys added /afk for all players. It would be convenient to know ahead of time if someone is afk and you didn't see a "I'm gonna be afk" message.

 

Neutral. I think an afk command would be cool, but only if it just added a prefix to the player's name, and didn't advertise a message in chat. Giving players access to the same /afk command that moderators get would cause way too much spam. The only way that I could see this working is if the command only added a prefix to your name, showing that you were afk, if someone messages you.

 

I think /afk should be for staff only since it helps people know when they are available. There's no point in giving it to normal players since they can just say "afk" ;-;

 

I feel like this could be abused by players and would get quite annoying. Maybe a donor 400 perk?

 

I agree with this, but I feel like most donor400's would still abuse this permission just to show off. No support just because of the spam, how about when you get messaged it tells he person that you are afk if someone messages you without saying the message in public chat

 

Someone suggested this before and it got a lot of hate. But I support this nonetheless.

It would be hard to implement. Maybe have a /afk command for everyone but for non staff, it’s just private and when someone tried to message you, it would say the same thing when you try to message a moderator. Thoughts Leeeroieee?

I’d support as long as messages don’t show up in chat. The [AFK] on the list in front of your name seems quite cool as well, but maybe this could be some kind of donor perk because it’s just extra to be honest.

If that were to happen, the devs would have to make a group with the same permissions as the default group, only with a prefix [AFK], or have the command assign a prefix to the player that executed the command, but removing the prefix and constantly adding it would probably take up too much resources, at least what I think.

Really no point if it is only for Donor 400's...

I guess really the thing is that this would be hard to implement, like what Gamzee said.

 

I think this should be skygod+ perk or at least skytitan+ (only donor400s will say it should be donor400). Still triggered I can't buy D400. I 100% agree this shouldn't be for non-donors though it would just be another way for muted players to spam.
