Island idea if hellblock came back

I was just bored one day, then all of a sudden I had an idea. I thought about it, did some planning, and my outcome project resulted like this:



1st layer: Soul sand
2nd layer: Netherrack
3rd layer: Netherrack
4th layer: Netherrack

And of course: The mushroom tree. (I had to get mycelium to grow the mushroom, but replaced it with soul sand after)

Noobcrew had a server called "HellBlock"

which means Skyblock in the Nether.

what will the materials be?

Neutral.

 

Neutral. I don’t feel that this fits with skyblock's theme, that’s what hellblock was for.

This island type also lacks the typical starter items, eg dirt and sand, and would also make soulsand more accessible before you can go to the nether, maybe encouraging island farming for better blocks of more value adding to /level.

As much as I think this is a nice idea, as Blyx said, it could encourage players to island farm nether items, and new players would lack the dirt and sand needed to start a farm.

 

No support, the island doesn't look good in my opinion and what Blyx said it doesn't fit the Skyblock theme.

 

What great feedback! Maybe this could be an idea if hellblock came back!

theyre working on hellblock and the islands looked close to that to begin with. except the glowstone/gravel trees were much cooler in my opinion, heres some hellblock history and recipes.

unless myrm isn't a dev and is just talking crap they are in fact working on it. he asked if i remembered the recipes cause i told him once i used to play it then shared him this link cause they ARE IN FACT working on it>
