after April came, It started that Agent got promoted to Super Moderator. even Evux got hired to be Helper. and now Myrmidous is a Developer. These People got Promoted/Hired in Middle of April. (Who could be promoted next? :O) Congratulations!

All excellent choices Very well deserved. Throwback to November of 2015 when 10 tmods were promoted in the span of two weeks (Melly, Blurted, Mai, Wilbo etc).
2/5 of the current helpers are under D250. I'm unsure whether this is where you're going with this point, but I'll try to answer it in the way I interpreted it! I don't believe it's a factor of donor discrimination. Many staff upgrade once they're in the position, either because they've become well known and liked within the community, they are likely to be staying for an extended period of time so deem the upgrade worthy, or they're played and been able to save up enough in in-game items for the upgrade. A fair number of staff currently on the team have been staff before, so upgraded during their previous stint. Although I'm sure you're already aware of it, smod+ get coloured nicknames regardless of donor rank... not everyone in the highups are over 250.
