I’ve lost 30 pounds (13.6 kg) on a gluten free diet. Still have some work to do. Gluten free is awesome! I have so much more energy now. Before and after pictures are attached. (My apologies for the quality)
I’m sorry to hear that. My doctor recommended gluten free because it is anti-inflammatory. I have a condition that is aggravated by certain things. I really like eating this way. It feels better. Even if the doctor were to tell me that I could stop, I wouldn’t.
