• Why do YOU think you were banned? It may be from me giving away my island which did have some grass on it.

• Was this an incorrect ban? I believe it is not because the mod who banned me knows more than I do when it comes to this stuff.

• Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I have been for taking from of my brother's grass and he got mad. His IGN is snow_penguin. (I can not remember the exact amount of grass)

• Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I believe I should be unbanned because what I was banned for I did not think that was illegal but I guess it is. If it is I will never do it again and make sure that in the future I will not give/trade a island with grass or dirt on it. If this is not the reason then I am sorry about doing whatever I had done and I will never do it again. (Please inform me on whatever I have done if what I had said is wrong)

Hello FrozenBear3, I have screenshots of you claiming that you sold your island for 5 dollars on PayPal. This is an illegal trade. Any sort of trade that involves real money and is not through buycraft or the forums is considered an illegal trade.
As for the selling of the island in general, did you have a mod check it out? There shouldn't be more sand, grass or dirt than a starter island.
Since there is no solid way of proving you received payment for your island, I'll just have to ask for your honesty. Did you or did you not sell your island for real money?

 

I did sell it for real money I did not think this was something illegal and I am sorry for any troubles I may have started. I thought this was allowed because I have been offered to buy islands with real money and I promise this will not happen again.

 

I would also like to add that it did have grass on it (around 3 stacks but I don't know the exact amount).

 

Alright. I would like you to review the list of illegal trade items (here). I would also like you to summarize the rules in your own words (here).
On a side note, never agree to trading real money for islands, and inform that person that it is illegal. If they seem like they're just going to move on and ask someone else, I would suggest reporting them.
Also, I will let the grass part be fine for now, but in the future, check with a mod before selling the island or even putting it up for sale.
And finally, if you're not sure if something is illegal, or if something seems not right, check the rules thread or make a report.

1. Don't disrespect staff because they can punish you for it and they are only trying to help the community
2. When typing in chat be respectful and don't spam, flame, or bypass filter to say something bad
3. Don't nick yourself as someone else unless you have video/screenshot proof of them allowing you

5. Don't advertise other sites or servers that may harm a user or draw them away from skyblock
6. Don't threaten to DDOS or Dox any player or server
7. Don't release any private info of a user which includes IP, phone number, skype name, etc.
8. Don't impersonate staff because this can cause confusion with players.
9. Don't use alts to get around a ban or mute
10. Don't post links that catch IP's or upload viruses
11. Don't scam players because this can cost them money and time. (Money as in in-game currency)
12. Don't grief other players because this can cost them time and they can be very upset about it
13. No island farming because this can cause a advantage for other players
14. Don't login with a bad name or skin

Repeatedly breaking the rules can lead to a longer ban or mute.

 

Just a question I would like to add.
Is selling diamonds for a upgrade legal? For example 100 diamonds for donor 10

This is not illegal. As I said, any purchase through buycraft or forums is not illegal.

I will shorten your ban to 1 day because this is an serious issue and I would like you to think about it a bit more.
