I speak English, but I tend to speak a tad of Spanish and French from previous grades. I am currently taking German, which I have been for 4 years. I cannot write advanced sentences since we have not learned them, but I can write rather, conversational sentences, construct sentences and questions.

I do have 2 Factor Authentication Enabled

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
I have been banned for advertising in-game. I did not advertise as saying join this server, I believe I said the server name and that's what caused my ban. I also got banned for another offense which I forget, but I know I had 2 in game. I had a forum ban for rate abuse, and a forum ban for profile spam.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
Lately I have been having in real life issues, stress, and many other things that are effected my self-confidence and my ability to be here. I am deeply sorry for any actions I have caused anyone, or the staff. The demotion was valid, but if I just improved, I could've been on the staff team at this moment.

When I was a moderator, I really enjoyed working with players. I would love to help players with griefs, scams, chat offenses, etc. This is not a reason, but at the moment the staff list got shorter. When I got trial-moderator on December 8th, 2016. There were at least 42 staff members, now, there is half of that. Helping players has always been a positive thing for me to do, and I enjoy doing in both in-game and forums. I listen to player's problems, issues, concerns, feedback, criticism, etc. I mainly showed my abilities as moderator as you can see what I have been in the past. Everything changed when I had in real life issues, that's why I had an attitude and such. I tend to try to keep it out of the server/player's issues, it's hard though.

I feel like I can bring something to the server again. Joy, care, happiness. I just loved working with players and being on the staff team, meetings, etc. It's just how I felt for the past 8 months, and it feels weird not doing it all over. Sorry for this being short, I couldn't think of that much since I have already been moderator in the past.

I really do regret what I have done in the past and I've been given too many chances, but I know that if I keep having confidence and to improve daily, my goal to be on the staff team again will be a dream come true. I apologize to all the players/staff out there that I have caused any trouble.


I know Skyblock.net and the People who Play on it
I know most of the community prices and the players. It is good to know who plays on it and get to know everyone, after all you can meet a friend there. Most importantly it can help me with offenses, and I get to know who already did their second offense of a ban, or 6th on a mute. It helps the staff team and I in general knowing the players on our server and preventing isolation between one another. Knowing the community prices is also convenient so if players would like to know if that is the price of the item, or if someone has a question it would be good to tell that player.

Proof
Proof can show that a player really did an offense, and you aren't just making up a lie. Having proof is mandatory when it comes to ban appeals, reports, offenses, etc. If a player appeals and you do not have proof, you have to accept the appeal. When I was a moderator, I took a screenshot of all my proof or recorded it. For forums I either reported the comment when I needed it I can check the open reports, take a screenshot and save it in my pictures, or delete the post and un-delete it. If it's rate abuse I would take a screenshot and send it to the staff that can remove the ratings. Without proof, you don't know who is telling the truth and who isn't.

How long have you been playing
I've started in late December 2013, took a year break in 2015, and I returned in April 2016. It's amazing on how many changes went through the server.

Activity
I haven't been my most active lately now, or I haven't been that active in the summer as a moderator. My computer broke down in the middle of the summer which caused inactivity, but I also wanted to try new things. I come on the server at least one a day and I will try my best to remain active.

Discord times are available throughout the whole day. I will always be on Discord to give help to players or if I am needed.

Fast Typist
I am able to type 90 words per minute, it averages around 87 through 92 some of the times. It is good to have fast typing abilities, since I will be able to answer questions fastly, and get my job done quicker.

Unbiased
Unbiased means I do not give a friend more advantages as other players do. That I am stating is if one of my friends griefed, I would have to ban them as I would with everyone else. I will not give my friend an easy way out just because I know them, all rules apply to everyone even if they are close to me.

Friendly
I enjoy having conversations with players, and just talking to my friends in general. I tend to be friendly, but when I am not in a good mood I try to stay away from the server unless I can't and things might go wrong. I try my best to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome, and do not intend to hurt anyone or their feelings.

Helpful
I try my best to answer everyone's questions even if I am being spammed. I answer everyone's questions or concerns in private message, that's how I do it. Helping players is the main setting for being a moderator; being a role model, someone to look up to, caring and helping for others, etc. Being helpful is a good thing as it promotes other players to help, and it gives someone the information needed. Being helpful is required to be a moderator, because how else would you be moderator if you don't help others.

Maturity
I tend to be immature with my friends when we are just joking around and such. When I am helping players I change modes, taking their issues seriously and not a joke. Yes, it's fine to be laid back and joke around with friends, but when it comes to moderating I will be as mature as possible. If an immature player was a moderator, they would've not have handled things correctly rather than a mature moderator who will handle things nice and smooth.

Respectful
I try to hear out everyone, and be as respectful as possible. I listen to both sides of the story, and try not to be rude to anyone when they are talking. Some of the things I say might come off another way, but I tend to hurt no feelings whatsoever and I try to come off as respectful as possible as I do not want anyone being hurt in something not going their way.

Patient
Being patient means I have to wait for player's responses or doings. Some players keep asking a question although you have answered it several times, or just need you to wait for something to happen in general, like a trade. I try my best to wait for a player to do something, and me coming to help in and do what they needs to be done, or if they just want to talk about something important the very next day.

Loyalty
I give my word to whomever I trust and I show dedication to the server. I have shown my loyalty time to time on the staff team, and I tried to help every bit I can.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I have been moderator on a few not popular servers, where they used some of the similar commands the staff has on skyblock. I have been moderator on this server for exactly 8 months. (Promoted December 8th, 2016. Demoted August 8th, 2017)

What was the reason to your demotion

 

It was many things that added up, not anything like leaking.

• Left a conversation with myrm who was trying to help me although I refused I needed help
• I left a staff chat
• Since you were on the staff most of my time, you noticed how I acted towards others if I did not agree
• My overall attitude

I'm sure there are some other things but I forget, I give Kerahna and Fun to tell you since I forget all of the reasons, but I'm pretty sure I covered the important ones

 

You were a great mod in the past and helped me. Totally agree that you should be mod again,

 

No Support sorry. I didn't know you much as a "Moderator" but I heard many things that power makes you crazy and you are a bad staff but a good player.

Support; I am aware that you were demoted however I remember you as a mod, and you did a good job of it for the most part. This application looks reasonable and neat. Good luck.

 

Despite what I said here, I want to make it clear, I still support this application. Emerald is an amazing person and friend and I know he can show that as a moderator.

I met you couple times in game and you acted just fine and awesome. I am aware of your demotion and know the reasons behind it. I think you would make a good mod. You were active whenever I see you and seemed know how to handle reports well.

However you may be immature- in a way that isn't bad but to a point where I feel like you are being childish. There may be more, but that's all I can recollect .


Overall you were a good mod and hope to party with you like I did on the 4th of July : D

All I need from you is to improve your activity, I understand we are on opposite time zones (I am Pacific Time, you're Eastern) but if you can be on for just 30 minutes, I would appreciate it . I also need you to be more friendly and helpful to the community-like I said in my previous point, you may be immature. Fix all your problems with other staff members and make amends so that it won't tangle you into more trouble.

Absolutely no support. When you were first demoted, you went incredibly toxic, and you made some very serious allegations towards another staff member in public chat and went on a wild rant about how the whole staff team is corrupt. I found that you overreacted over small issues constantly, and you nit picked a lot. Not to mention, we're in the same timezone and I haven't seen you ingame since you were demoted. If you would like to know my other reasons, feel free to PM me.

I actually do have to agree with you. The way I acted when I demoted was wrong and disrespectful to the person I kept calling out. That's not the person who I am, it's really not. If I put my shoes in the person who got called out by me I wouldn't like it, so why should I do it to them. I haven't been the most active, but I'll be sure to improve my activity. I'll message you about the other things, thanks!
