Server offline?

    Hello, just a quick question!
    I can not get on the server, I am wondering if the server is offline, or if there is something wrong with my Minecraft.
    Thank you!
    Edit: I have logged on my other account, which seems to be working. I don't think this server supports my new account.
    My new accounts username is: Mollieh

    Yes, sometimes the server does not allow some accounts { idk why }

    Sometimes the server goes down after a restart and doesn't come back up for a while.
    Also a common thing is your account will be disconnected or kicked for flying. If this is the case, PM a moderator via forums and ask them to quickly tp you to spawn.

    Since you have stated that you are able to log in to the server with your secondary account and not with your main, then the Console have automatically banned you for "flying". Contact a Moderator on Forums and set up a date and hour when you both can get online so the Moderator teleports you out of the void.

    After it takes very long to "Download the terrain", sometimes it says "Disconnected" and other times it says "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". It doesn't seem like I have been automatically banned for apparently flying.

    When are you able to get online? If you can get online now or within an hour, I will be able to teleport you which should fix your issue.

    Eh, to me that just sounds like poor connection. Sometimes it takes me 30-60 minutes (because I go on forums while I wait for the terrain to download) to log onto the server. It's very annoying, but not really fixable...

    Apparently, the server kicks you if there's more than 2 accounts from the same ip.

    The server does not kick you for having more than 2 accounts from the same IP (This was in place several months ago for a few days due to a spammer attack but removed within a week)

    The error you are getting is due to the anti-cheat that is somewhat buggy, but like Fatal mentioned, can be fixed if you get a moderator to teleport you somewhere once you log in. Your other account works fine because it has an island already. Once your new account creates an island, you shouldn't have problem with logging in anymore.
