Opening Community Market (Preview and Signup)

Hey Skyblock!

Recently dolpinmilk and I decided we are going to start a community market on skyblock. What's a community market? The idea of this is that we will create and island with up to 50 or possibly more rooms/stalls that are available for the public to rent for a monthly fee of. Anyone who visits the island will be able to shop from a variety of many people, so we will be able to sell a lot of different items here, giving you a big chance of income. I've gotten the name SkyMarket on an alt account that the island will be on.

Price:
5 diamonds a month for a premium area - Larger space, closer to the front
2 diamonds a month for a standard area - Basic space, slightly farther back

How it works:
You pay a monthly price to rent the space on the island. You will then be trusted on the island to sell whatever you want on the space on the island. We will build the island and create public spawners to attract attention, and we will also build the stall for you. Simple as that! The more people that sign up and purchase a shopping space, the more attention the island attracts, and the more profit you can make.

What are you purchasing?
You are simply buying an area on the island that will be prebuilt that you can create trade shops in. You can do whatever you wish with the inside of the area, however the outside has to stay the same as all the others. This will be an island with the soul purpose of the community market.

What are the benefits of selling items here?
We will be constantly advertising this market whenever online, so your trade shops will receive attention when you are online or not. With many people having trade shops here, it will draw a lot of attention to the island, so your items for sale will be noticed more often. If you are feeling insecure about being trusted on an island with alot of people, we currently have 2 smods signed up

Rules and Regulations of the community market

- You will be trusted on the island so that you can do what you please when you please with your plot. However, griefing, looting, or destroying the island or the property of other players is strictly forbidden and bannable. You will have to state the purpose of why you are being trusted to the island and that you are only allowed to build/destroy/alter blocks in your designated area. (This will be screenshoted) Anywhere else is considered grief (and logblock can tell it was you)
- You can customize the inside of your area, but you are forbidden to change the appearence of the outside (So that no shop draws any more attention than another, and just because it looks better that way )
- If you have not made your monthly payment by 3 days after the due date, your trade shops will be removed and you will be untrusted from the island
- If you purchase a shop area, please maintain it so that the space is not wasted.

We ecourage as many people as possible to sign up for this. The island has not yet been built, but should be finished within the next week. Creating this thread early to get feedback and giving players a chance to signup in advance. The goal of this is to make a large trading space where all necessary items are sold, and to have fun!

Is everyone going to reserve a certain kind of shop as well? Otherwise some shops are going to get some to no business if there is an exact same shop at a cheaper price???
