        After that just click "Add" and you will have successfully added two-factor authentication, now whenever you try to log in the forums you will be asked to enter a code that will be given from the app on your phone. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

        It's not something you can turn on and off. Just some sections of the forums where your post count can increase like the discussion section and some sections like off topic section where your post count wont increase. Also careful not to post farm.
