Some mods are younger and aren't sure what terms mean. They may not be sure if LGBTQ stands for something offensive. It has queer in it and I use to think that was an insult to call gay people. Some mods like to be safe to make sure no ones offended.

I honestly don't care much; a mod should know how to do their job correctly, regardless of their age, and there should be a list of specific words that aren't allowed to be said. Simply another reason why I preferred the old 2013~ staff team .-.
