Does &1 give color or how would you show color?

 

If you mean ingame, you have to be a 25+ donor, and yes you use the vanilla Minecraft colour codes (eg. &1, &2, &a, &b).
If you mean in the forums, you can either use the bar on the top which has an A and a line. If you're in HTML mode, use [COLOR="INSERT_HEX_HERE"] then the text you want to colour, and to end it, [/COLOR]
