Withdrawn Kam's Staff Application

Hello, I have seen you create several arguments and be very defensive in chat (and sometimes offensive). I feel like this is not a good trait as a staff member and feel like you need much more maturity before becoming staff. I feel like you are trolling a lot of the time and I think upon your behavior this staff application doesn’t have meaning to you.

 

I will be giving a formal statement soon but for now, bump.

kam is very helpful, in my time of need he offered to place all 3dc of my gold ON HIS ISLAND!!! How helpfull.

jokes aside, kam is down to earth and is the rock any staff team needs. Kam is the one spoken of in prophecy who will bring unity and justice back to the Staff team.

 

No support, contantly hostile against staff members, other players, and the server in general, changes the focus on forums posts to talk about his own personal opinions and has showed lack of faith in forum posts when that would be one of his main tools as staff, i dont have a problem with any of his opinions but the way he expresses them.

 

After taking a while to think I will go with a support here. To anyone that thinks he`s hostile I suggest to talk a while in voicechat with him : ) I think he would be a great add to the staff team as he`s really experienced in all aspects of this game, and more importantly he does what he believes is right and doesn`t let anyone tell him what to do. He will bring this server forward!

 

Thank you so much Boarder for your support it truly means a lot. I also think you made some very valid points a lot of times when I make comments in global chat it can often get twisted with incorrect interpretation. Being in a voice chat completely eliminates the miss representation and many would understand when I’m joking and when I being serious rather than making up their own conclusion. A big point of this I guess would be you can’t detect sarcasm through text on a screen. Anywho, thank you for the support means a lot.

I put no support but felt the need to clarify that, although I’m sure Kam would understand, we are both highly opinionated and have previously had heated debates in chat. Personally some of the things Kam has said can be seen as offensive. I wont drag them out here though as I don’t want to influence anyone else and their opinion.

Many of the things I think could be improved have been said already. You often cause arguments or exacerbate them, you aren’t highly active on other socials, you are highly opinionated (which is fine, but as a staff member you need to be chill and have a professional manner)

I think you are a great person, and I’ve had fun debating with you, but the things you say matter. And I shouldn’t have to be in a voice chat with you to understand that (borders suggestion to understand you) Cheers and good luck.

Changed from no support to neutral, a lot of time has elapsed since this application was opened and I think Kam deserves some recognition.
