Global Update - March 4th, 2022 Huge Update to Challenges! New and improved layout with more challenges and rewards added. The challenges were all re-created and were made to match the 50 original Skyblock Challenges found in the downloadable map. The challenges are considered basic (especially if you're an experienced player), though challenges were made for new players to track and reward their completion when first starting out. Challenges will auto complete as you do certain tasks, so don't worry if you start automatically completing challenges without realizing. While completing challenges you can also earn rewards, on Skyblock Survival you can earn at least 15 Grass Blocks and on Economy you can earn up to 15,000 Skybucks along with a variety of other items and exp levels. Let us know what you think! Some rewards may be adjusted later on. And please report any bugs/issues if any is experienced. To open the Challenges Menu, use /challenges.
Weird bug: one of the players on /economy got a map for completing the "Expander" challenge and was unable to drop the map, activate the map, or put it in a chest. They had to lava themselves in order to get the map out of their inventory.
Full inventory on completion = no reward. Not dropped and not in enderchest. EDIT: Just realised the reward can be claimed by clicking on the challenge if not recieved when completing. 15 Survival grass = at least 50,000 skybucks. But your getting closer Noobcrew. Unrelated. /pets needs fixing
Only issue, most of the wooden things, craft a door etc don't work with woods other than oak, it specifies oak stairs but not oak fences etc (tried dark oak and didnt work)
Absolutely wonderful! Perhaps the challenges once completed could be added to user level/island level or something to advance the players XP Just an idea
Awesome update! I wanted to mention I noticed the Getting Firewood Challenge seemed to acknowledge those single logs buried in the leaves of tall oak trees as birch logs
I recognized this as well. Logs that are placed sideways that are mined up count as the wrong kind of log.
The "Farmers License" challenge rewards 24 stone instead of 24 bonemeal (plowing a dirt block), several players noted this in-game
I completed the Circuit City challenge yesterday, got a sticky piston for it. Today, on the same account, I got another "Circuit City challenge completed" message, and another sticky piston. While I don't mind the free sticky pistons, I doubt this is intended.
