Hello Skyblockers, Something I haven't seen anyone mention is card games in the "Other Game" section. So I'm wonder who heres plays other card game like Yu-gi-oh or Cardifhgt Vanguard. I play Cardfight Vanguard if anyone was wondering.
I haven’t really played anything physical like Yu-gi-oh except for some Pokemon cards as a kid. I’ve mostly played with normal numbered cards as my dad was into card gambling. Though I’ve gotten into this downloadable game called Shadowverse if that counts?
Ohhh i see, I seen shadowverse but I never really know what the game was about or how to play it. If you don't mind can you tell me more about shadowverse?
Have you ever played war with a deck of normal cards? Like where you place down a random card from your hand and which ever person has the higher number wins the battle? I think it's kinda like that. Except your card is defeated and the other card stays and you get to pick and choose a card to go against the other card. I don't know, I'm bad at explaining but perhaps you could try it out once.
Rather than starting a new thread, I was thinking, why not take over this one. Do any skyblockers play some Magic: the Gathering?
I've been playing Magic The Gathering since the mid 90's These days I play Modern and Commander mostly
mid 90's? That's a while, what's your favourite set so far? I started around the time modern masters 2016(i think? set code mm3) came out, yet I really like eldritch moon.
I am not sure what artifact winter refers to I'm afraid. As for Urza's block, all I've heard is the name and it being mentioned occasionally, I'm way too new a player to have properly gotten to know the older blocks. Especially since I would have been about 1 or 2 years old at the time of this one releasing.
Urza's block was a series of 3 sets, Urza's Saga, Urza's Destiny and Urza's Legacy. Urza was a tinkerer and mechanic kinda guy and thus they printed a LOT of very powerful artifacts which totally warped the game nad basically made it so you either played them or you lost
Time to go make an artifact deck, thanks for the info though, I've been looking for blocks with a lot (of good) artifacts and it seems I have found it.
i like spicy uno but like the stuff u can play w/ a standard 52-card deck is crazy. Like BS, ERS, and uh solitaire, and more (I forgot)
I play cards with family under summer just “normal” cards that are numbered but online I play hearthstone sometimes if that counts
