That's what I mean with not loosening up.

    You could've said:
"Oh didn't see that, thanks. Will fix it".
but you went with a long and formal looking answer.

"Thank you for the notice" isn't really socially fitting.

I believe I have fixed it this time, I am not sure if it will work permanently
    I disagree.
I am trying to be a tiny bit more formal since it can sound more professional, and give the reader the concept of the idea or answer.

Perhaps yeah you have to look more professional but again you don't have to talk with long and hard to understand words.
    Just what I think ;)

I understand what you are saying, but in my opinion I think it's good to be more formal than to be more laid back.

Probably one of the most important quality of mods is to be able to know when to be strict and formal and when to be laid back and joking. I don't see that in you.

When I see moderators, they are usually formal. Some trial moderators I see are kind of laid back. Mods that were here longer that I see, act more formal. I am not saying all trial moderators are laid back, I am saying some of them, though.

My inactivity will not be that good as I expected this week, already stated above.

Mods don't need to always be formal. They can act in whatever way as long as it doesn't break the rules (and they obviously use common sense) just like any other player. Only really should act formal when they are actually needed to handle mod business. Oh wait im being very contradicting. They can act formal whenever they want!

Didn't realise they had to be robots -.-

I do not agree, this can lead to immaturity.

So mods can't act like themselves? What a dictatorist type of view haha. Never knew mods had to be on alert 24/7 like a guard haha. Take a look at Wilbos_World he's acting like Malfoyesque for a bit of fun. Not immature, just friendly banter.

Tbh apart from the rate abuse your thoughts on how mods should act just made me realise how bad of a mod you'd be yourself. No support.

I do not see any rate abuse here. I am saying that lots of the mods do not fool around and take this seriously. Being formal helps keep away immaturity from coming in hand. This is why I am working on being formal, so I do not act immature and the main idea transactions into the reader's brains.

Probably every mod is formal on ban appeals, but I do see most of the formalization on the forums. Some of the staff members in game, can be less formal than on the forums.

I never said mods cannot not have fun at times. Moderators can be formal, and have fun at the same time.

You obviously have to be formal in mod situations, but it doesn't mean a mod cant have fun at times!
oops my message didn't work properly. Anyways...

Sorry for the late response, but here is what I can say for now. I am trying my best to be formal, but I will be laid back some times like you have said. Although mods are lots of the times formal, if you know them better they can get laid back. The only laid back mod so far I saw is Roblox, but is very formal on the forums. I will try to be laid back a tiny more, but I will also try to act serious and formal.

I will can be active primarily almost all of next week. I am off Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and the weekends for school so my activeness in game will be very high for that week. I am saying this ahead of time just in case you may not notice me in game if I do not choose to speak in chat.

I will also be focusing on working on maturity, and some other things members have stated previously.
